Hi, I purchased a license through Plesk - it seems to be valid until I am trying to install some software through Softaculous. How could I avoid this error?

Hi,

Is Softaculous installed as an extension from Plesk ?

The license purchased from Plesk is detected only when you install Softaculous as an extension for Plesk.

Also make sure you have installed the Softaculous license purchased from Plesk under the Additional license page in Plesk admin panel.
