 ioncube loader ignoring that PHP5-6 is installed, Site is working but I can't view software installs in AMPPS admin (3 Replies, Read 4115 times)

We are running PHP 5.6, verified in PHP Configuration (5.6.25 to be exact).

BUT when I click on the Wordpress installs list, I get this error --

"Fatal error: The file /Applications/AMPPS/ampps/scripts/wp/php53/install.php cannot be decoded by this version of the ionCube Loader. If you are the administrator of this site then please install the latest version of the ionCube Loader. in Unknown on line 0"

I can't explain why it thinks it needs php53, AND I also commented out the entire ionCube Loader line since other answers suggest it is not needed in later versions of PHP.

Can anyone help?
