Hi,
I just purchased a premium license (upgraded from a free license on a different ip on same machine) . I ran the cron.php as described in the docs. I did see a page at one point that showed I had a premium license

however whenever I try to install the premium scripts it keeps saying I have a free license

where do I go from here ?

You might have given a wrong IP.
please contact support with the exact details and they will do the necessary changes.

was  trying to upgrade from free to paid for - it woouldn't accept the ip of the free license so I had to use an alternate ip on the server - but that confused it.

Guess the system really needs the ability to upgrade an existing free license on an ip to a premium license on the same ip

anyway - did discuss with support over the last couple days and it is now resolved

Same as me, It will not show up as a premium licence on my server but does on the softaculous site!

There must be a IP mistake.
Your server must be having another IP!
