The Softaculous backup feature works on all user accounts. It can create new backups on all user accounts. However, it can't restore backups nor can it delete installations. These were working last week. I can't find the problem. Anyone know what would cause this?

Hi,

Are you able to access the backups page in Softaculous Enduser panel ?

If you can provide a screenshot we can check it for you.

Yes. I can see the backups in the S-CP, but when I click to download i get a an error,  The file permissions look OK. It's only 2 cPanel accounts this happens. See the attached screenshot

Hi,

Can you confirm if the backups are in the correct directory ? The backup .tar.gz files should be in the softaculous_backups/ directory in the user's Home Directory.

Also the files should be owned by the user.

If you still face the issue please open a support ticket with us so that we can check this for you.
