Restore from backup and remove installation not working, backups and delete (3 Replies, Read 7555 times)

Group: Member Post Group: Newbie Posts: 12 Status:	The Softaculous backup feature works on all user accounts. It can create new backups on all user accounts. However, it can't restore backups nor can it delete installations. These were working last week. I can't find the problem. Anyone know what would cause this?

Group: Member Post Group: Newbie Posts: 12 Status:	Yes. I can see the backups in the S-CP, but when I click to download i get a an error, The file permissions look OK. It's only 2 cPanel accounts this happens. See the attached screenshot

Group: Softaculous Team Post Group: Super Member Posts: 5647 Status:	Hi, Can you confirm if the backups are in the correct directory ? The backup .tar.gz files should be in the softaculous_backups/ directory in the user's Home Directory. Also the files should be owned by the user.
