I am getting the same error on my server. I attempted to update "throttle" package on the server and it is already installed and up to date. What can be going on here?

Hi,

Can you verify if OS template size and size on disk column are matching on Master panel (and slave , if any) ?
If its properly downloaded, then can you view logs for commands on Tasks page for creating vps task ?

I checked the OS template size and it said "0". So I reinstalled the template and now I don't get this error anymore. Thank you!
