At the moment we do not have provision to enable scripts in Webuzo and disable in Softaculous. The Java apps are available in Webuzo as it is a separate type i.e. java. Do you think Processmaker could manage in a different way ? ie so not modifying apache conf ? so we could ask them a solution for that
