Hello,

I want to understand something. If pay for vps license, does it means you are hosting the script on your vps for me.

So, i can have access to install on any of domain.

Kindly get me to understand how the dedicated server and vps payment work.

Hi,

Softaculous is just an auto installer and you do not get hosting when you purchase Softaculous. You will need to purchase hosting from any hosting provider and then you can access Softaculous on that server and auto install scripts.

By VPS license we refer to using Softaculous on a VPS and if you have purchased a dedicated server then you need to purchase the dedicated server license.

Let us know if you have any questions.

Hi,

Are you on Shared Hosting ?

It is not possible to install Softaculous if you do not have root access to the server and if you are on Shared hosting you will not have root access to the server.

Only your web host will have root access to the server and only they can install Softaculous.

Let us know if you have any questions.
