A month before I can easily make backup of Wordpress site by Softaculous and easily Restore them...
All my Backup (except one) of Wordpress Site made by Softaculous during Restore gives this error... http://i.imgur.com/NAE5v9Q.png all backup were working but not now.... My Hosting site unable to solve my problem, they say sometime, all backups are working and some staff of them say, these backups are corrupt/damage... but one of my oldest backup that related to Wordpress Ver. 4.01 is working and all latest backups that were made during Wordpress 4.1 and 4.1.1 are not working... i can not Restore them now... Oldest Backup that can easily restore, i restored it,,, that works, but Site has old Posts and articles... But when i make again backup of Wordpress site that has Old Version of Wordpress (same problem with latest version too), backup can be made but that can not be Restored.... and mostly Softaculous makes 3-4 backup files without any reason, but i make one time backupand other 3-4 automatically created after few seconds... error: |

Approx. 3 hours Passed, when i submit my website cpanel login details, but no reply, no solution..

Hi,
Sorry for the delay. We have replied to your ticket. It looks like the Free version of Softaculous is installed on your server hence you are facing this issue. One More thing i can not understand,,,
My Oldest Wordpress softaculos Backups can be easily store... But all latest not.... |

Now, they are using Registered version of Softaculous...
http://i.imgur.com/RPvhi90.png but when i make backup, softaculous makes backup same file more than 3 to 4 times. and when i try to restore, it gives this error.... http://i.imgur.com/JDzEQDw.png i have changed my internet to get rid of this error, now i am using 4mb/s net connection.... i tried many times, but when Restore reeaches more than 60% , it gives that error. |
