You take things so seriously. I don't think that is putting Alons down. The OP did commend Alons for his great job. Please do not conclude something that is not true. The OP just pointed out that they take time to respond here to forums unlike before. It's not putting Alons and his team down. It's a constructive criticism.

The iHost team is little busy and they said they will get back to us when they have sorted out some issues.
We will add it when we get the package from them.
