Hello,

We are blocked with our migration job for a license problem, i've opened a ticket but can't contact support, master is blocked and slave is working fine but without master i can't do nothing.

Could you please give us support on this?

We get this error message:  The following errors occured :

    The IP you submitted belongs to another license

But is the ip from a new server just activated.

Hi,

As you are using a Private IP for your Master you will have to purchase a private IP license.

We can swap the validity of your existing license with the new Private IP license.

We have removed the Ip from the license and replied to your ticket as well.

Hi,

I've updated the ticket, we changed vps and now have a "normal" ip please could you set the new ip on the license?

We are still blocked from last 2 days for this license problem!!
