You do not have any database?
Because if you know to have database than you do not see them and you are unable to install Wordpress from Webuzo than the issue seems to be that Webuzo is not recognizing the phpmyadmin root password. You can try to reset phpmyadmin root password: You can try to go on the end user panel than reset mysql password. http://www.softaculous.com/board/index.php?tid=8519&title=database_not_show_up_but_still_exists_on_phpmyadmin ----------------------- PeopleInside Web, security, open source passionate. |

Are you sure the issue is only on installing Wordpress? If you install another app you have the same MYSQL error? If yes than maybe my previous post will help you. If not maybe your issue is different.

Seems you have two problem:
The first is that you have database (on what you told to me) but you are not able to see in Manage Database section of Webuzo the second issue is that you are unable to install Wordpress for a Mysql error who can be connected or not to the first issue. When you reset root password you do this by the End user Panel of Webuzo not from SSH. Once the Mysql root password has been changed than you can try to see again if your databases are visible or you are able to install Wordpress from Webuzo. If not... you can try to access SSH as the guide says and check to have the same new password you saved for Mysql root user in the my.conf file. The forst row of the file should have the new Mysql root password without spaces. Once saved all you can try to do a Code service webuzo restart command and see if in manage database you are able to see databases or are able to install Wordpress. As you told to be a Premium user, if the issue persist please open a support ticket with server credentials to Webuzo Suppport here: https://www.softaculous.com/support/ Wish you a nice time, Ciao Andrea ----------------------- PeopleInside Web, security, open source passionate. |
