I'm having serious virtualization problem upgraded to a newer version and stopped working
I activated support they did run the admin but I think technician resinstalled over a new version ended up breaking the old version and now vps that had before on the server does not work anymore bigger problem is that it has more than 400 accounts within that vps and I can not lose the sites.
And for me to download the files from the sites manually, my internet connection is slow and it would take days
Opening multiple tickets and support does not answer me any more to give me a solution to the problem.
When I try to start VPS from failure when starting
And if you try to create a vps from the error node it says that there is no space being that server are 6TB
The files I can see when I enter via rescue are in the mnt / vz / private / backups folder

I already tried to move to see if I created a new VPS to install cpanel and then restore the accounts but did not move from the permission error

I need help and know if I can recover this vps so I can migrate the data to a new server
