Hi,

I am unable to install Webuzo on Google Cloud Platform - Compute Engine Instance

I followed this steps using normal as well as Root user both- http://www.webuzo.com/blog/how-to/3-steps-to-install-webuzo-control-panel-1579.html

When installing it by calling URL - http://3x.xx.1xx.xx:2004/install.php
After filling all the details and then clicking install, getting this error

There was an error extracting the package - - PHP 7.3 - php73-x86_64.tar.gz


I had installed Webuzo before on Google Cloud Platform - Compute Engine Instance At that time it was installed but today it is showing the above error.

How to resolve this?

Hi,

Please execute the following command as root:
rm -rf /var/softaculous/apps/php73/*

Once done, rerun the installer and check if you still face the issue.

what next? I tried but still failed
