No permission to access, New installation problem (2 Replies, Read 3161 times)

Group: Member Post Group: Newbie Posts: 4 Status:	Hello, I have done a reinstall of Amps and WordPress but am having problems seeing my site. If I go to the address where I think it should be on local-ip-address/wp, I get a message "You don't have permission to access /wp on this server." Same problem if I use the address localhost or localhost ip instead. I would appreciate assistance with this.

Group: Member Post Group: Newbie Posts: 4 Status:	Dear Tidus Thank you for asking those darn good questions. It's on D drive, where I wanted it, but the path to the wp files was then /Ampps/ampps/softaculous/enduser/IPaddress/IPaddress/ That looked a bit weird so I removed existing domain and WordPress installation, then created a new domain and reinstalled WP. Hurray! It now works perfectly. Thanks for the heads up on where to look, it's really appreciated. Also, Happy New Year to you and the Ampps team. Geoff
