Hi,
I'm receiving this error message and don't know how to fix the problem. Can anyone give me a step by step?
"The backup process of plugins/theme of your WordPress installation has failed. So the auto upgrade plugins/theme process was not performed.
The details are as follows :
Installation URL : my website url
Error : You have reached the maximum number of (<b>1</b>) backups allowed. Please delete unwanted backups to be able to take a new backup."
My web hosting service backs up already so I don't need to back up through other methods but I'm not sure what does what!
