Created a clean instal of Ubuntu Desktop 14.04
I downloaded and installed Ampps as per instructions
I ran sudo /usr/local/ampps/Ampps
I got:

[Ampps::exec] "/home/tomw/apache/bin/httpd-k start"
/bin/bash: /home/tomw/php/bin/php: No such file or directory
QSslSocket: cannot resolve SSLv2_client_method
QSslSocket: cannot resolve SSLv2_server_method

Am pretty sure none of that looks good, and cannot argue, as no /home/tomw/conf/ directory was created.

When I click Start Apache, I get:

[Ampps::exec] "/home/tomw/apache/bin/httpd-k start"

and nothing happens.  Which is not surprising, as /home/tomw/apache/bin/httpd-k does not exist.

Does Ampps actually install and work on Ubuntu?
