Is it per user or per installation? lets say I have 21 users and 4 total installations. Do I get billed for the total users or total installations?

Hi,

The retail pricing is for maximum users so lets say you pay for 20 users so you can have maximum 20 active users.

For NOC pricing you are charged on per active user basis. Each user can have unlimited installations.

So lets say in the above example you have 4 installations each by different user then you will be charged for 4 users. If 2 users make 2 installations each then you will be charged for  users.
