helo
i have strange issue and just realized this case.

i have tried many times create new VPS KVM and assign for example 4 ip address.
when i use centos 7.1, result only main ip address are working.. the others 3 are not. but when i switch additional ip to main ip, yes they will work..

then i try to reinstall centos 7.6, and the result all 4 ip are working well.

so i have tired as well using ubuntu 16, 18.. and only 1 main ip are working.. the other ip some working and some are not..

all the template is belong to virtualizor browse template. no customization.

still dont have any idea why.. i have open ticket id : 773164 to virtualizor support as well and they pass to their developer..

it was working normal last month i guess.. we just realized this week.. maybe the issue already occur 2-3week ago..

eth0: flags=4163<UP,BROADCAST,RUNNING,MULTICAST>  mtu 1500
inet xxxx  netmask 255.255.255.192  broadcast xxx
        inet6 fe80::216:3eff:fe0b:11e1  prefixlen 64  scopeid 0x20<link>
        ether 00:16:3e:0b:11:e1  txqueuelen 1000  (Ethernet)
        RX packets 331  bytes 29550 (29.5 KB)
        RX errors 0  dropped 0  overruns 0  frame 0
        TX packets 174  bytes 37153 (37.1 KB)
        TX errors 0  dropped 0 overruns 0  carrier 0  collisions 678

eth0:0: flags=4163<UP,BROADCAST,RUNNING,MULTICAST>  mtu 1500
inet xxx  netmask 255.255.255.192  broadcast xxx
        ether 00:16:3e:0b:11:e1  txqueuelen 1000  (Ethernet)

but this collisions does not appear in centos.
hemm.. does this a bug? only working with primary ip address, and the additional ip is on that vps (installed) but no internet access at all..

after waiting couple hours..
the vm that only work with first ip address.. meanwhile other additional ip address are not working..
after couple hours.. they seems working as well right now.. so all ip are working..
but why i have to wait many hours later to make it work?? also if i reboot the VM, the second and 3rd ip will stop working and need to wait couple hours again..

however, if u use centos 7,6.. all ip directly start working without no issue and no need to wait anything..

any update from developer.. please fix that asap..

Sounds like more like an ARP issue  with your provider or possibly with your node  than an issue with with  Virtualizor

on the centos 7.1  VM    when you have a Dead secondary IP  do a
ifup eth0:X
changing the X of course to the real interface  and see if the IP comes up

you may have to contact your provider to investigate  to see if its holding the ARP on the router

yes ifdown and ifup eth0:X back to working again..

also i check from router.. yes the ARP show the ip with old mac address (old VM).
so i remove the ARP and they correct new mac address and start working normal.

do u think that the issue due to bad LAN cable? i check from the node.. rx error always increasing..

after find out more detail.
i can see ip address for example new /29 assign to that virtualizor server..
arp list shows dynamic connected with particular mac address.. (i dont know who belong that mac address)..
the new ip /29 has not added to pool.. but they seems detect with particular mac address..

when i assign /29 to another server.. yes the mac address is indeed empty.

i still curious why..
seems the ip does not resolved with ARP because double mac address..
still no idea why
