I have created a ticket 7 hours ago in emergency state regarding a cloned server with webuzo which vhosts' were not correctly resolving. So far I am yet to receive any response at all. What is it with the support of this product which seems non-existent?

If someone from the community have created clone of a server with webuzo and knows why when accessing a domain on that server opens up the "It Works" page, please assist. I assume it has to do with the new IP, but not sure what it is.
