I have created a ticket 7 hours ago in emergency state regarding a cloned server with webuzo which vhosts' were not correctly resolving. So far I am yet to receive any response at all. What is it with the support of this product which seems non-existent?

If someone from the community have created clone of a server with webuzo and knows why when accessing a domain on that server opens up the "It Works" page, please assist. I assume it has to do with the new IP, but not sure what it is.

Depending on your location it is more likely that  time zone differences are causing delayed answers?

We have replied to the ticket 894999on the same day but you didn't reply back, if you still face the issue so please reply in ticket and give us the correct server credentials so we shall check the issue for you.
