What you saw in the bottom of that page is the latest version of Webuzo which support Multiple User and called Version 3.
You have Version 2 of Webuzo which only support single User (Version 2.9.4 is called version 2). To get version 3, there are 2 ways:
- First, reinstall. It is not possible to get version 3 if you already had version 2 (at the time of this writing, it is not yet possible because such converter/importer is not yet released to public)
- Second method, Just wait for it. There would be importer/converter which could be used to upgrade Version 2 (Version 2.9.4) to the latest version of Version 3. If my memory serve me right, It should have been released this week. However, Christmas and New Year seems affecting the schedule to release the converter/importer. I think such importer could be great christmas and new year present for anyone who wish to upgrade from Version 2 to Version 3. But it is 12 hours now to the new year so I think it is almost impossible but who knows, perhaps Dev would surprise us with announcement of such importer.
