This appears to be some sort of bug, (yes, there are SSL certificates installed in each case)

A trusted SSL Certificate was not found

The workaround is always to install the app as non SSL, and then enable SSL in the application after install.

Is there a patch for this? Or some code to disable the SSL check?

Hi,

This is just a warning and even if Softaculous reports this message you can still prceed with the installation of an app for SSL.

Also in order to investigate why Softaculous is unable to detect the SSL certificate if you could provide us access via support ticket system we can check it :
