Group: Member Post Group: Newbie Posts: 6 Status:	Sort out current issues. During installation Webuzo, the following error occurs. "4) Downloading System Apps /bin/ln: failed to create symbolic link '/usr/lib/python2.7/': No such file or directory" During installation Backuply, the following error occurs. "// CONFIGURED universal.php chmod: cannot access '/var/backuply/data/users': No such file or directory chmod: cannot access '/var/backuply/data/users': No such file or directory" By the way, I am running the installation as root. The root password has also been set. Next is the issue of data import from cpanel. Only email accounts whose email address contains symbols such as "-", "_", and "-" will not be added. Backup data from cpanel includes all email addresses securely. Please let us know how to resolve the issue immediately. Thank you.

Group: Webuzo Team Post Group: Elite Member Posts: 268 Status:	Hi, During installation the error you shown are not actuall error it is just a warnings which you can ignore. >>Only email accounts whose email address contains symbols such as "-", "_", and "-" will not be added. Replicated, we have fixed it and will launch it in next version. If you want a patch file then you can create a support ticket when we can provide you the patch file.
