first of this howto is only for people that have running some dnsserver and for live domains...

if you go to your ampps and login , go do at new domain.

letsay your domain is dogandcats.tk  ok...

if you open at domain first thing you must know...

must my domain in the root of ammps (no it must not)

if you make your stuff in this root ammps/www/dagsandcats.tk
than my friend you are not good in setup domains...

all the stuf you are added wil under the map ampps/www/al your stuff

if people vistit your domain they will see the root map of ampps ....

so if you make all your stuff in the originall root thats not so good...

if you go to at new domain

in the fist tab read your domain , like dogsandcats.tk

in the second tab this will do ammps automatic ampps/www/dogsandcats.tk (thats wrong)

make it like this , ampps/dogsandcats.tk

and let ampps write it in vhost and windows automatic...

what will ammps do

ampps will make a new folder under ampps it self and not under the root of www..

like this dogsandcats.tk will be added to your ampps.

and that my friend is the way it must be added.

if you now check in in your domains , this domain wil run under its folder and not under ampps/www/dogsandcats.tk.

if you set up some subdomain , its the same way , like this.

test.dogsandcats.tk

second tab in ampps must like this ampps/est.dogsandcats.tk and ampps wil make for you another new subdomain folder and thats is the best way you development your stuff

test it and you will see thats it not running under your root , or all your folders will be making under the same root and thats wrong section
if you running ammps on some localhost with example.com do it the same way...

i am a developer so it works :D

Thank you. It would be nice if we had a dummies book or basic rules of web development. I just assumed that www folder had to have the sites inside. I assume this is also the case for webuzo?
