WordPress installation not listed/not visible (6 Replies, Read 12652 times)

Group: Member Post Group: Newbie Posts: 1 Status:	Hi, I've got a WordPress site moved from one hosting to another. Now when I checked the WordPress installation under the Softaculous nothing is there, the current WP is not listed although it's functioning properly. How to get it listed so that I can see all the installation details and change some of the parameters, like autoupdate themes and plugins etc. Thanks for any help.

Unfortunately, however, I can't import it into softaculous, I also tried the guide shown in the link (https://www.softaculous.com/docs/enduser/bulk-import-manual-installations/) but it doesn't work. It returns the message shown in the image. How can I fix?
