 EspoCRM Upgrade, How to upgrade EspoCRM (3 Replies, Read 1256 times)

Hello,
I am using EpsoCRM and while there are new versions it seems that there is no way to automatically upgrade as normally happens with most Softaculous apps.

Could someone advise how we upgrade please?

Hi,

Apologies for the delay in response.

You can refer to the following documentation to upgrade your existing EspoCRM instance.https://docs.espocrm.com/administration/upgrading/

We haven't provided the upgrade utility in EspoCRM because the script supports CLI upgrade and as a third party plugin, softaculous does not have the access to run the commands on user's behalf.

PS: Before attempting to upgrade please take a backup of your existing script. If anything goes wrong during upgrade you can restore your working site from the backup.
