Topic : Wrong Server IP

Hi all,

I'm having problems getting softaculous to pick up the correct license ip.

I have a license set up for 1.1.1.1 and the main IP for the server trying to run softaculous is 1.1.1.1

Unfortunately, when looking at the main page in softaculous, it's stating that the server ip is 1.1.1.2 so it's only showing up as a 'free' license instead of the correct license.

It shows the correct IP after the license key, and the correct IP under "IP as per licensing server" but still shows the server IP as 1.1.1.1

This is a cPanel server and the main cpanel IP is set to 1.1.1.1 not 1.1.1.2

can anyone help? This is driving me insane.

Should add, I've tried changing and updating the license IP with the license provider (Licensepal) and I've run the cron multiple times after changes too but the problem remains.

Hi,

Do determine the exact IP which is used by Softaculous to access your server please run the following command:
wget http://softaculous.com/ip.php; cat ip.php; echo "";

The output of the above should be IP on which your license should be allotted to.
