Topic : Error trying dis-install software from softaculous

Hi Guys,

I don't know if anyone is facing the same issue I am having tried to remove
software which softaculous install, it remove part but does not complete and seems to hang.

This only has happened one program only any assistance would be very much appreciated

Hi,

I just checked your support ticket and it looks like cPanel's 3rd party PHP is running out of memory causing the remove script to die.

Increasing memory limit for cPanel's 3rd party PHP binary should resolve the issue.
