It's not specific to Virtualizor, competitors aren't much better but there are a few things I would do to improve security in your product.
Deleting a container right now is much too easy. I recommend asking for a password to reinstall/restore a VPS. If you want to go one step further, sending an email/SMS to the client asking him to confirm the action.
