It seems the protocol for your existing installation is incorrect in Softaculous records. Can you please go to the edit installation page in Softaculous : http://softaculous.com/docs/How_to_edit_an_installation There please check if the URL is correct i.e. it has http://www. as the protocol. If not please update the protocol and then save the installation details and then try to clone.
