Topic : Pimcore fails

Hello,
After running the pimcore auto installation I noticed some directores weren't created and specially the /admin folder for the software to work correctly, also the folders and files permissions are being set to 777 in the /public folder

I had opened a ticket with the support team on webuzo but they claim is just the htaccess directives against openlitespeed but it's not true as everything is correctly set and the logs in ols support my claim

Please fix the error or provide us more information.
