Hi,
It is not linked with the SSL issue. We create a random username with sitepad as prefix so that we can publish the Site when SitePad is unable to find FTP account details using DirectAdmin API. Please open a support ticket with us so we can debug the issue for you https://www.softaculous.com/support/ ----------------------- Aakash Gupta SitePad Developer Follow us for faster updates Twitter: https://twitter.com/sitepad_editor Facebook: https://facebook.com/SitePad |

Hi,
As per our discussion via support ticket the Home directory of the user was a symlink to another path causing the issue. We have made the changes in our files to read the realpath of the symlink and it works fine on your server. This patch will be included in the next version of SitePad. ----------------------- Webuzo - Multi User Hosting Control Panel AMPPS - Best WordPress/PHP/MySQL development tool |
