i have noticed that the new users of my site is unable to receive any mails from my website!
please help me with this. |

Hi, your website is using a CMS like wordpress? You can try to setup SMTP in your application so mail is correctly delivered. Sometimes php mail can go into SPAM or be blocked by SPAM filter so is better use SMTP but this should be your configuration in your website.

I don't know. This depends of your website. Please before reply to my post reply also to my questions  are you using CMS? What kind of email your user are not receiving? What kind of email are sent from php script?

Well so you should find a setting in your admin panel where setup SMTP. If you are unable please try to contact the support of this Script :-)

This depends where you need setup SMTP. If is in the script you mentioned you need contact your script support.
