Good day is here someone that can give me advice on how or if it is possable to create a entry form in sitepad builder

Yes you can create entry from using SitePad. You will need to drag and drop contact form widget on your page in SitePad editor and add input fields that you want in your form.

Please follow the given guide to add contact form
