Topic : Linking contact form to email

Hi. I set up my account in the setting. I guess that will enable the contact form to submit query to my email.

However, when I tested if it works, I got following message:

Sender's message was failed to send: undefined.

can you help to troubleshoot. Thanks.

I have configured gmail for SMTP but unable to send email . Below are the settings i have configured ...
ssl://smtp.gmail.com
smtp.gmail.com
SSL -465 Autho - YES
