Hi all, i have already sent support ticket but i didn't got any answer!
I have several repeated ip's from Linode DNS Resolvers being blocked, when i try to remove the blocked ip it doesn't remove! Were can i remove the ip's blocked through SSH, or were is the file location with the ip's to i can manually remove blocked ip's? I have emails of costumers not working, some are getting everyday emails with 550 Relay not permitted which i have follow this fix: http://www.webuzo.com/blog/how-to/fixing-the-550-relay-not-permitted-error-in-webuzo-1498.html and didn't worked! It does exactly same thing has other users were having and it seems the fix its only able through a support ticket! I don't know why your interface is blocking Linode DNS resolvers? What i know is my costumers are mad because they can't use email service and i need urgent support about this issues! I only follow or do modifications to files from Webuzo forums or articles! Thank you |

Hi valley, the GUI dont let me remove ip's, also i have disabled iptables while ago when i installed csf firewall. I already check within csf files but there isnt any ip's matching block ip list. Thank you |

Thanks Valley, its fixed now, i had to disable CSF and after that it was able to delete the ip's using GUI from Webuzo. About the 550 relay not permitted, there is lots of errors saying "SMTP error from remote mail server after MAIL FROM" and its from postmaster http://postmaster.yahoo.com/421-ts01.html |

Hi,
when CSF updated all Cron email of the server generate a Delivery Status Notification. Mail log says: 2016-07-04 14:32:07 1bK32g-0002nA-Mg ** root@: mail domain "" is syntactically invalid I want resolve this issue but cannot disable CSF, CSF is working for my security.
