New install, I've tried reinstalling several times, each time I get the same when going to soft in cPanel:

Site error: the ionCube PHP Loader needs to be installed. This is a widely used PHP extension for running ionCube protected PHP code, website security and malware blocking. Please visit get-loader.ioncube.com for install assistance. Child failed to make LIVEAPI connection to cPanel.

Ioncube is enabled in Tweak Settings.

Hi,

Can you please go to Tweak Settings and disable Ioncube and save it and enable it again and save it and check if you still face the issue ?

I would recommend you to open a support ticket with cPanel regarding this.
