Hi... (I'm a "ma'am" by the way... :)

How do I create "super" with admin privileges?  I don't see anywhere where I can do that. That said, the user IS set up however, I've no idea what privvys this user has.

Hi,

Sir we looked into this and it seems that you have deleted the user "super" which is causing the issue.

This user is required to upgrade Zurmo as specified in the Zurmo upgrade notes we use this username to execute the upgrade commands :
http://zurmo.org/upgrades

Please create the user with username super with admin privileges and then try to upgrade it should work fine.

Hi,

Sorry Ma'am.

The super user comes by default with the installation. Did you delete it from Zurmo admin panel ?

Also if you can provide the zurmo admin account details via support ticket we will create the account for you.

More problemz with upgrading... now I have NO ability to upgrade Zurmo from within Softaculous. Im trying to upgrade from 2.6.5 to 2.8.2.  Why is this a constant struggle? Every other app I have upgrades flawlessly.

Hi,

Zurmo releases the upgrade utility few days after releasing the new version hence the upgrade utility in Softaculous gets delayed.

The Zurmo upgrade utility to 2.8.2 has been integrated into the package and we will be releasing the package with upgrade utility within few hours then you should be able to upgrade to version 2.8.2
