Hi, I have a problem creating a functional product on Whmcs. Everytime I test the product it says:

Module Create Failed - Service ID: 25 - Error: No server found which fits in the criteria for your vps configuration : <br>*Following servers were excluded - <br>*localhost - Required number of IPv4 : 1 and I support : 0

Number of Ip in my plans:

IPs setup in my Virtualizor

I think it's from Virtualizor as Whmcs does a request to get 1 one ip for the plan but Virtualizor refuses it because it only supports 0 ips ??? It's pretty weird as I can create plans manually from Virtualizor but not from Whmcs.

Hi,

You will need to add ips in ip pool on panel.
And if they are from OVH then you can follow this guide :

Thank you, it actually worked. But it's pretty ''stupid'', as my ips were in the list but I needed to create a ip group. Thanks anyways ;)
