Why after installation joomla use /tmp folder not own /tmp folder on installed directory same /var/logs not /logs in same directory as installed

want to confirm that this is indeed a bug in softaculous automated installation.

the problem is that softaculous doesn't detect the real path to logs & tmp and just use the standard path /var/logs/ and /tmp

hope it will be fixed soon
