My simple virtualizer has stopped working, I have no access to the panel at all.

I open a support ticket, I claim that I have an EMERGENCY and nobody even wants to respond.

For God's sake, better this and understand that URGENCY IS DIFFERENT FROM NORMAL SUPPORT!

Hey ajmeireles2018,

a few words about virtualizor... We stay with virtualizor since 2014 and it never happened to me that there was a markable delay in support response times. Even during sunday night I got very fast responses.

A few words about me... I usually don´t shout and treat people with respect. I´am thankful for any help I get and I do not rant & offend people from which I expect help. Even if something was not optimal, I do not go public and call someone ridiculous.

Now, make an educated guess why you may face this kind of issues....
