May I know what is the subnet assigned to you and what gateway have you set for the ip pool on panel ?

Hi,Please set the netmask as 255.255.255.0 and provide Hetzner subnet details for ipv4.

Changed netmask to 255.255.255.0 and VPS creation is working again, the VPS is reachable with IPv4 but not with IPv6.

IPv4 details are as follow: http://prntscr.com/khegd4. Details for IPv6 are as follow: http://prntscr.com/khegue. Virtualizor configuration were sent before.

What is the server ipv6 which you configured ?Also are you able to ping6 ipv6.google.com from vps ?

No I am not. The VPS's IPv6 is 2a01:4f8:13a:64b:087f:2313:5398:0001. The subnet is /64

As I said, the IP of the VPS is 2a01:4f8:13a:64b:087f:2313:5398:0001. The IP of the host is
2a01:4f8:13a:64b::2

Are you able to ping it ?
