With such support you want build a realible business! There aren' any answers to your 'HIGH PRIORITY' tickets for hours! We are waiting 12 hours for an answer from the support!!!

Also you can see the reliability of the company here on the forums. There are houndrets of not answered threads, or they reply after a few days or weeks.

Now it's enough! We go with SolusVM. The setup of a virtualization environment is a little bit different, but there is a TRUE support behind. The answer all your questions and issues within a few minutes. Also they fix immediately any issues for you.

Don't make this mistake like us - with VIRTUALIZOR!

Sadly, as one of the biggest NOCs, I have to confirm this.

We regret using Virtualizor at all. Worse support, worse software full of shell_exec.

Avoid using Virtualizor if you can use something else.

Just to UPDATE this thread: NO ANSWER FROM SUPPORT AFTER 22 HOURS!!!

Now imagine your VPSs are down due some Virtualizor fault you can't fix.

P.S. Currently migrating to SolusVM. The support is really awesome! They answer within a few minutes. Also they helped to migrate our VPSs and to reconfigure our dedicated servers with SolusVM slave software.

For me it seems so, that the guys go to work somewhere else and after they come back home, then "PLAY" with us/customers here. No doubt they are programers with a knowledge, but THIS job here is just a freelancer job of them... Seriously...

I admit that they are very long to answer, and when it comes to deepen the subject on material they tell you that they can not go further. Maybe they are not numerous.
I just want to remind you that we are on a forum here. And if you have any suggestions or remarks, a ticket on your customer area may be a good thing.

  1. Post ticket numbers of the tickets here is a 'bad idea' and don't help as much - finaly you can see it by this thread. No one from Virtualizor answered till now. also take a look at another threads here, how many got NOT ANSWERED!

AFTER 1 1/2 day??? 36 hours??? With such response times to our customers if they websites are down for 36 hours we wouldn't have any more...

Yes, we know this sentence all the time we used Virtualizor and had complaits against your support.

But now enough. You lost a customer, we switched to your competitor.

We're a NOC and Virtualizor has been great to us. We received quick support when we raised issues about bugs but we don't need hand holding. Virtualizor blows SolusVM out of the water, we couldn't ask for better integration into WHMCS. There's no replacement for a good system administrator. Learn to do everything without a panel, you'll be better off for it.
