I have a problem I have on ammps a wordpress sites turn into it in plugin contact form 7 for a contact form if you have given everything an email is sent but that is not the case

Generally you can't email within WordPress from a local environment. I do most of my development on my local environment but in order to test emailing from forms, I have to set up a test site in the cloud somewhere.
