 WHMCS Error, SQL Error (3 Replies, Read 3887 times)

Hello,
I created  a Plan for windows vps in virtualazor and created related package in whmcs,

when i try to accept order or create vps i have the following error:

Order Accept Encountered Problems
SQLSTATE[23000]: Integrity constraint violation: 1048 Column 'fieldid' cannot be null (SQL: insert into `tblcustomfieldsvalues` (`value`, `relid`, `fieldid`) values (9, 844, ))

i also tried to not use custome fields but same error,

Please help me to fix the issue,
