I rebooted my entire web server for the firs time in ages, and now I cannot use the Virtualizor VPS panel, whenever I goto login it says: Unable to select database.

The steps that I have tried.

1.) Reset and changed my virtualizor database password and synced it in /usr/local/virtualizor/universal.php

2.) When I restart the mysqld service I get the following print out:
Code
# service mysqld restart
Stopping mysqld:                                          [  OK  ]
Starting mysqld:                                          [  OK  ]

3.) After service mysqld restart, running service virtualizor restart read the following:
Code
# service virtualizor restart
Stopping php-fpm: Done...
Stopping nginx: Done...
MySQL server PID file could not be found!                  [FAILED]
Starting php-fpm: Done...
Starting nginx: Done...
Starting MySQL..The server quit without updating PID file (/usr/local/emps/var/mysql/mys      qld.pid).                                                  [FAILED]

4.) So I read where if you were getting the error "MySQL..The server quit without updating PID file" to rename or remove your /etc/my.cfg file, so I did and after that I got this result:
Code
# service mysqld restart
Stopping mysqld:                                          [  OK  ]
Starting mysqld:                                          [  OK  ]
[root@ /]# updatedb
[root@ /]# cd /var/lib/mysql
[root@ mysql]# ls
ibdata1  ib_logfile0  ib_logfile1  mysql  mysql.sock  test  virtualizor
[root@ mysql]# service mysqld restart
Stopping mysqld:                                          [  OK  ]
Starting mysqld:                                          [  OK  ]
[root@ /]# service virtualizor start
Starting php-fpm: php-fpm already running...
Starting nginx: nginx already running...
Starting MySQL..                                          [  OK  ]

5.) After that I goto the Virtualizor VPS panel, and I am able to login, when I clicked on "List VPS Servers" like normal to get one started up, after the web page froze, I refreshed the page, and was back at the start with the error message: Unable to select database.

Has anyone encountered this error? Any tips / solutions to fix this.
