Hi,

I mailed support hours ago and no reply as I write. You have now assigned the licence and as a result I have upgraded on here to premium plan, however on my cpanel VPS server it still reads Softaculous Free so how does the server upgrade?

Hi,

Please execute the CRON command on your server to refresh the license :
http://www.softaculous.com/docs/Immediate_update

For cPanel the command is as follows :

Code
Root> /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/bin/php /usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot/cgi/softaculous/cron.php

i am trying to get my softaculous free license Key, but i am not getting it.please help me in finding the Key

You can find the license key from Softaculous admin panel. You can refer to the following guide for the same :
