Topic : Configure FTP to use SFTP

I am having a Webuso installation on the VPS.

I have two requirements:
1. To have SFTP enabled
2. To have a separate account other than the admin account to access a particular folder under public_html

Right now, my hosting company is saying that if I enable SFTP, only admin can access via FTP.

Do we have any other solution?

You can create as many FTP users as required to suit your requirements.
SFTP should be enabled by default. Doubt that is your problem.
