While there are several email templates under the configuration option that can be edited, I've come across a handful of emails that are sent out to the end user that are not available for editing (i.e. VPS Restarted).  I'm curious if anybody knows if these additional email formats can be edited?  They typically contain vague information with no signature block or additional guidance for the customer.

I've scanned the file system directory and while I've found the email templates folder, these additional email formats are not available.  Considering they may be within the database, I've dumped the SQL and scanned the dump as well without result.  This leads me to believe the messages are most likely hardcoded.  Just curious if anyone has had success in improving the communication of these messages?

Hi,

Can you list what all email templates are you looking for so that I can ask my team to add those on panel if possible.
Changing hard-coded files will over-write everytime on Virtualizor update.

Very much appreciate your response. Ultimately any email communication sent to the customer should be editable at some level, but let's start with the ones I'm aware of and we'll add to the list in the future if noticed.
  • VPS Restarted (Occurs when client schedules a reboot)
  • VPS Backups Completed (Occurs when client initiates a backup manually)
  • VPS Backups Failed
Thanks
