Topic : Could not find the OS Template - WHMCS module

I get this error when i want to create xen vps from whmcs

Could not find the OS Template

And that problem was getting from today,yesterday was all working.I see that tday we get some update from virtualizor and maybe there is some problem ?

I`m tryed to change OS,checked firewall settings,turn off firewall on whmcs and on virtualizor master server and still not resolved a problem.

I have face same problem KVM when create kvm vps from whmcs.

Hi,
Have you added OS custom field as given in wiki ?
